Terms of Service

We publish information and we run simulated games. We never take, place, broker, or route a real-money wager, and we never hold your betting money.

Nosebleed Sports is not a sportsbook, not a betting exchange, and not an agent for one. When you see a line, a price, or a pick on this site, you are reading our analysis of a number that a licensed sportsbook posted somewhere else. If you decide to act on it, you do that yourself, at a licensed operator, under that operator's rules and your own state's laws. Nothing you do here moves real money onto a game.

By making an account, buying a pass, or using the site or app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the product. If you are using Nosebleed Sports for a company, you are telling us you are allowed to sign for that company.

You must be at least 18 years old to have an account. Nosebleed Sports is built for adults and is not directed at children.

Betting has its own age limit, and it is usually higher. In most US states you must be 21 to place a real-money sports bet. That limit is set by your state and enforced by the sportsbook, not by us. An account here is not permission to bet anywhere.

Accounts and sign-in are handled by Clerk, our identity provider. You give an email address and pick a handle. You are responsible for keeping your login safe and for everything done under your account. Do not share it, and do not let someone else use your pass.

One person, one account. Tell us at support@nosebleedsportsmedia.com if you think someone else is in your account.

You can close your account whenever you want. We can close or suspend an account that breaks these terms, and we will tell you why unless telling you would help someone commit fraud.

A pass is a time-limited right to read our paid content. It is not a share of anything, it is not a guarantee of a result, and it does not buy you a bet.

Payment and checkout run entirely through Whop, our payments provider. Your card details go to Whop and never reach our servers. Prices are in US dollars and do not include any tax your state adds.

Access starts when Whop tells us the purchase went through, usually within seconds. It ends when the pass expires, when you cancel and the paid period runs out, or when a refund or chargeback reverses the payment. A background job checks expiry on our side every 15 minutes, so access ends on time even if a message from Whop is late or lost.

How a subscription period is set. Whop runs the billing, not us. With every payment, Whop tells us the date and time your paid period ends, and that is the exact moment your access ends. When a renewal payment goes through, Whop sends a new end date and we move your access out to it. We do not calculate the length of a billing period ourselves, so the renewal date on your Whop receipt is the one that counts. It is also in your Whop account, and we send a reminder before a subscription lapses.

Cancel a subscription from your Whop account at any time. Cancelling stops the next charge; it does not end the period you already paid for. What is and is not refundable is set out in the Refund Policy, which is part of these terms.

We can change prices. A price change never applies to a period you already paid for, and we will tell subscribers by email before their next renewal at the new price.

Linking a Discord account is optional and never required to buy a pass or to read anything you paid for. If you do link it, a paid pass adds a members role, and losing the pass removes it. You keep your free community access either way. Discord has its own terms and its own rules, and we can remove you from our server for breaking them.

The in-app bet tracker is a scoring game played in units. A unit is a made-up scorekeeping token with no cash value: you cannot buy units, you cannot deposit money for them, you cannot cash them out, and they are never redeemable for anything.

Everyone gets the same allowance: 5 units a day, staked between 0.5 and 3 units per pick, in half-unit steps, with no rollover to tomorrow. Leaderboards rank the score, and the score is bragging rights. There is no prize pool, no entry fee, and no payout.

The daily trivia, Higher or Lower, and Guess the Player games work the same way. They are free games that keep a score.

Our picks are opinion and analysis published for information and entertainment. They are not betting advice, financial advice, or investment advice, and we are not licensed to give any of those. Nobody at Nosebleed Sports knows what a game will do.

Past results do not predict future results. A record we publish describes days that already happened. It is not a forecast, and it is not a promise about tomorrow.

Odds and lines come from third-party data providers who collect them from sportsbooks. Numbers move, sometimes in seconds, and a provider can be wrong, late, or briefly down. Always check the live number at the book before you act on anything. We do not guarantee that any price you see here is still available anywhere.

Some links on the site, mostly on the sponsors page, are paid affiliate links. If you sign up or deposit through one, we may get paid. We say so on the page rather than burying it here.

Those operators are separate companies. Their age limits, their state availability, and their offer terms are theirs, not ours, and we do not control what they do with your money or your data.

Use it like a normal person reading a sports site. Specifically, do not:

• Republish, resell, screenshot-for-distribution, or forward our paid picks to people who did not pay. The picks are the product; giving them away is theft of it.
• Share a login, or use one pass to serve several people.
• Scrape, crawl, or automate access to paid pages, or try to get past the paywall or any rate limit.
• Break the site, probe it for holes, or interfere with anyone else using it.
• Pretend to be us, or suggest we endorse you when we do not.
• Use the product where sports betting content is illegal where you live.

Breaking these rules ends your access, and we do not owe a refund for a pass we ended for cause.

Everything we publish, including picks, writeups, our data presentation, the name Nosebleed Sports and our logos, belongs to Nosebleed Sports LLC or the people we license it from. Buying a pass gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to read it while the pass is live. It does not transfer ownership of anything.

If you post something in our community or send us a comment, you keep it, and you give us permission to display and use it in running and promoting the product. Do not post anything you do not have the right to post.

League names, team names, and player names appear because we are reporting on them. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any league or team.

The product is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the product will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any pick, odd, score, or record will be accurate, complete, or profitable.

Some states do not allow these disclaimers. If yours does not, this section applies to you only as far as your state allows.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Nosebleed Sports LLC and its owners, staff, and contractors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or lost betting stakes, however caused, even if we were told the risk existed.

Our total liability to you for any claim connected to the product is capped at the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or one hundred US dollars.

This includes money you lose betting at a sportsbook. Those losses are not our responsibility. You chose the bet, you placed it, and the operator took it.

If someone sues us because of what you did with the product, in particular reselling our picks or using the product where it is not legal, you agree to cover our costs of dealing with it.

What arbitration means: a private decision-maker, called an arbitrator, hears both sides and issues a binding ruling, instead of a judge and jury doing it in public court.

Talk first. Before starting arbitration, email support@nosebleedsportsmedia.com with a short description of the problem and what you want. Most things end here. Give us 60 days to sort it out.

Agreement to arbitrate. If it does not get sorted, you and Nosebleed Sports LLC agree that any dispute connected to these terms or the product will be settled by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The Federal Arbitration Act governs this section. Arbitration happens in Kings County, New York, or by phone or video if you prefer, and the arbitrator can award whatever a court could award you individually.

Class action waiver. You and Nosebleed Sports LLC each agree to bring claims only individually, not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective, or representative proceeding. The arbitrator may not combine more than one person's claims. If this waiver is found unenforceable for a particular claim, that claim goes to court and the rest of this section still applies to everything else.

Small claims carve-out. Either of us can bring a qualifying claim in small claims court instead. Either of us can also go to court for an injunction to stop misuse of our intellectual property.

How to opt out. Email support@nosebleedsportsmedia.com with the subject line "Arbitration Opt-Out" and your account email, within 30 days of first agreeing to these terms. That is all it takes. If you opt out, disputes go to the courts named below.

These terms are governed by the laws of New York, without applying that state's conflict-of-laws rules. Where a dispute is not covered by the arbitration section above, it belongs to the state or federal courts sitting in Kings County, New York, and we both agree to that.

These terms are between you and Nosebleed Sports LLC. Apple is not a party to them. Apple has no obligation to provide support for the app and is not responsible for any claim about it, including product liability, a failure to meet a legal requirement, or a claim that the app infringes someone's rights. Apple and its subsidiaries can enforce these terms against you as a third-party beneficiary. Your use of the app must also follow the App Store Terms of Service.

We can update these terms. If a change is material, we update the date at the top and email account holders before it takes effect. Carrying on using the product after that means you accept the new version. If you do not, close your account.

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still stands. If we do not enforce something once, we have not given up the right to enforce it later. You cannot transfer your account or these terms to someone else; we can transfer them if the business is sold. These terms, plus the Privacy Policy and the Refund Policy, are the whole agreement between us.
