Cookie Policy
The short version
We use a small number of cookies to keep you signed in and to see, in aggregate, which pages get used. We do not use advertising cookies, we do not use cross-site tracking cookies, and nothing on this site shares your browsing with an ad network. If that changes, this page and the banner on every page both change with it.
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website stores on your device. They let a site remember who you are between page loads (so you don’t have to sign in on every click) and let us see, in aggregate, how the site gets used. Some cookies are set directly by us (first-party); one, PostHog, is a first-party cookie backed by a third-party analytics service.
Cookie types we use
- Essential / strictly necessary. Required for sign-in to work at all. You cannot browse signed in without these; there is no toggle for them because there is no site left to use if they’re off.
- Analytics. PostHog, first-party, used to see aggregate usage — which pages get read, which don’t. You can opt out in the banner without losing any site functionality.
- Marketing / advertising. None. We do not run Google Ads conversion tracking, a Meta/Facebook pixel, Reddit Ads tracking, or any retargeting cookie.

Third parties
Two providers set the cookies above. Neither is an advertising company and neither receives your browsing history from other sites.
- Clerk (or Supabase, on deployments running the fallback) — authentication. Read their policies: Clerk Privacy Policy, Supabase Privacy Policy.

Affiliate links to other sites
Some links on this site are paid affiliate links to sportsbooks and social casinos. We’re compensated on eligible signups and deposits. Clicking one of those links takes you to a different company’s website, and that company sets its own cookies under its own policy the moment you land there — we do not control, read, or receive those cookies, and this policy does not cover them. Check the operator’s own cookie and privacy policy before you sign up.
How to manage cookies in your browser
Every browser lets you block or delete cookies, including ours. Doing so for the essential cookies above will sign you out and may break parts of the site that need sign-in; doing so for the PostHog cookie has no effect on anything you can use.
On the iOS app: the app does not set browser cookies. It uses Clerk’s mobile session storage for sign-in, which you clear by signing out or deleting the app.
Do Not Track
Nosebleed Sports does not currently respond to browser Do Not Track (DNT) signals, because no uniform technical standard for what a site must do with one exists yet. Use the “Decline analytics” option in the cookie banner, or the browser controls above, to opt out directly.
California — your CPRA rights
Nosebleed Sports LLC does not sell or share your personal information, as those terms are defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the CPRA). We don’t operate an ad network, we don’t pass your data to data brokers, and the only third-party cookie relationship on this site is the affiliate-link arrangement described above — a paid referral for a click, not a sale of your data. Because we don’t sell or share, there’s no opt-out mechanism to build beyond this statement and the cookie controls on this page.
Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information: confirmed above. If our practices ever change, this section and the link to it in the site footer change first.
Europe and UK — your rights
If you’re in the EEA or UK, you have the right to access, correct, delete, and receive a portable copy of your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Updates
If we add or remove a cookie, this page changes in the same pull request as the code change, and the “Last updated” date above moves with it. Material changes — adding an advertising or cross-site tracking cookie, in particular — will also show a new copy of the banner so returning visitors see it, not just new ones.
