You must be at least 18 years old to have a Nosebleed Sports account. We do not knowingly let anyone younger in, and we close accounts we find out about.

Betting has its own age limit, and it is usually higher. In most US states you must be 21 to place a real-money sports bet. That limit is set by your state and enforced by the sportsbook, not by us. Check it before you sign up anywhere.

Nosebleed Sports is not a sportsbook. We publish information and we run simulated games. We never take, place, broker, or route a real-money wager, and we never hold your money.

The in-app bet tracker is a scoring game played in units. Units cannot be bought, cashed out, or redeemed for anything. Nothing you do inside our product puts real money on a game.

Everything we publish is opinion and analysis for information and entertainment. It is not betting advice, financial advice, or investment advice, and we are not licensed to give any of those.

Nobody at Nosebleed Sports knows what a game is going to do. Anyone who tells you they do is selling you something. What you bet, and whether you bet at all, is your decision and yours alone.

When we publish a record, it describes days that already happened. It is not a forecast. A good month does not make the next game a lock, and a hot streak is not evidence that the next one is coming.

Every game is its own event. A run of wins does not make a loss less likely, and a run of losses does not mean you are "due." That feeling has a name, the gambler's fallacy, meaning the false belief that past results change the odds of the next one. They do not.

Never bet money you need. Not rent, not groceries, not borrowed money. Set an amount you can lose without it changing your week, and stop there.

Any of these is worth taking seriously:

• Betting more than you planned, or more often than you planned.
• Chasing losses, meaning betting bigger to win back what you already lost.
• Borrowing money to bet, or hiding what you bet from people close to you.
• Betting to escape stress, boredom, or a bad mood rather than for fun.
• Missing work, sleep, or people you care about because of it.

Self-exclusion means asking to be locked out of betting for a set period, and it is legally binding on the operators it covers. Every US state with legal sports betting runs a voluntary self-exclusion list, and every licensed sportsbook has its own deposit limits, time limits, and self-exclusion switch in its account settings. Use them. They work.

We cannot self-exclude you from a sportsbook. We are not one, and we have no way to reach their systems. What we can do, we will do the same day you ask:

• Close your Nosebleed Sports account and delete your data.
• Cancel any subscription so it stops charging you.
• Take you off the newsletter and every other marketing email.
• Remove you from our Discord server if you want out of that too.

Email support@nosebleedsportsmedia.com and say what you want. You do not have to explain why, and we will not try to talk you out of it.

Some links on this site are paid affiliate links to sportsbooks and social casinos. We get paid when eligible people sign up through them. Those operators set their own age limits, their own state rules, and their own offer terms.

If you are working on cutting back, do not use those links, and consider one of the blocking tools above so the choice is not in front of you every day.
