Refund Policy

Last updated August 11, 2026. This covers every pass sold by Nosebleed Sports LLC through the Nosebleed Sports website and iOS app.

The short version

If we charged you wrong, we fix it, every time, no argument. If the product did not do what we said it does, we refund it. If the picks lost, we do not, because a losing day is not a broken product and we told you up front that nobody knows what a game will do.

How long you have to ask depends on what went wrong. There is no single deadline, so check this list before you answer anyone:

  • A billing mistake: no deadline. A double charge, or a charge after you cancelled. We fix those whenever you find them.
  • You bought the wrong pass: 24 hours. Ask inside 24 hours of the charge, with the paid picks still unopened.
  • A subscription you forgot about renewed: 48 hours. Ask inside 48 hours of that charge, with no paid picks opened since it.
  • Everything else: 7 days. That is the general window, and it covers access that never turned on and days we owed you a card and did not publish one.

Email billing@nosebleedsportsmedia.com from your account email address. The table below is the full version of the same rules.

What we refund

You were charged twiceBilling mistake. Full refund of the duplicate charge, no deadline, no questions.
You were charged after you cancelledBilling mistake. Full refund of that charge, no deadline.
You never got accessIf a pass was paid for and access never turned on, and we cannot fix it, full refund. Ask within the 7-day window.
We did not publish on a day your pass coveredIf we owed you a card and did not deliver one, we refund that day or extend the pass. Your choice. Ask within the 7-day window.
You bought the wrong pass by mistakeFull refund inside 24 hours of the charge, as long as you have not opened the paid picks yet. This window is shorter than the general 7 days.
A subscription you forgot about renewedFull refund of the new period if you ask within 48 hours of the charge and have not opened paid picks since it. This window is shorter than the general 7 days.

What we do not refund

The picks lostA losing day is not a defect. We sell analysis, not results, and we say so everywhere we sell it.
You already read the paid picksOnce you have opened the card the pass paid for, it has been used. That is the whole product.
You did not use itNot opening a pass you bought does not get the money back. Set a reminder, or cancel before it renews.
A line moved before you bet itOdds come from sportsbooks and move constantly. We do not control them and do not guarantee a price.
A pass we ended for causeIf we closed an account for sharing a login or reselling picks, the unused time is not refunded.
You asked too lateOnce your window has closed we only fix billing mistakes, which have no deadline. The window is 24 hours for a wrong pass, 48 hours for a forgotten renewal, and 7 days for everything else.

Cancelling is not the same as a refund

Cancelling the Nosebleed All-Access Pass stops the next charge. It does not refund the period you are in, and your access runs to the end of that period. Cancel from your Whop account at any time. If you hold a legacy Daily or Weekly Pass bought before August 4, 2026, the same rule applies: a Weekly Pass cancels the next renewal, and a Daily Pass never renews, so there is nothing to cancel.

If you want to cancel and get the current period back, that is a refund request, and the rules above decide it.

How to ask

  1. Email billing@nosebleedsportsmedia.com from the email address on your account. We use that to confirm it is you.
  2. Tell us which pass, and the date of the charge.
  3. Include the Whop receipt or order number if you have it. It is in the confirmation email Whop sent you. It makes this much faster, but we can find you without it.
  4. Tell us what happened in a sentence. That is enough.

How long it takes

We reply within 2 business days. If we approve the refund, we issue it through Whop the same day we reply. Whop sends it back to the card you paid with, and your bank takes another 5 to 10 business days to post it. That last stretch is the bank, not us, and we cannot speed it up.

A refund always goes back to the original payment method. We do not send refunds to a different card, a different person, or a bank account.

What happens to your access

A refund ends the pass immediately. It is not prorated and it is not partial: refunding a pass takes the paid access with it.

Concretely, the moment the refund goes through:

  • Paid picks stop loading. You drop to the free Nosebleed Access level.
  • If you linked Discord, the paid member role comes off automatically. If you still have another active pass, you keep the access that pass gives you.
  • You stay in the Discord server. A refund is not a ban, and free members are welcome.
  • Your account, your bet-tracker history, your record, and your game scores are all untouched. A refund takes back the pass, not your account.

Chargebacks

Please email us before disputing a charge with your bank. We would rather refund you in two days than fight a dispute for two months, and almost every dispute we have seen was something we would have refunded on request.

A chargeback ends the pass the same way a refund does, and we may decline to sell to an account that files one without asking first.

If you bought through the App Store

If Apple took the payment rather than Whop, Apple owns that refund and we cannot issue it. Request it at reportaproblem.apple.com. Email us anyway and we will help you get it sorted.

Your legal rights

Nothing here takes away a refund right your state or country gives you. Where the law gives you more than this policy does, the law wins.
