MIAInjuries (14)
D. DiVincenzo G · MINOut · DiVincenzo is approaching six months since tearing his right Achilles during the first round of the playoffs and has been rehabbing with the expectation that he'll play at some point this season. The veteran guard has sought advice from Jayson Tatum, Tyrese Haliburton and Damian Lillard during his recovery, though Minnesota has yet to establish a timetable for his return.
E. Freeman F · MINDay-To-Day · Freeman exited Saturday's exhibition with a shoulder injury and will now miss Monday's preseason game. His next chance to get out there will come Wednesday against the Pistons.
K. Johnson F · MIAOut · Johnson doesn't sound to be a candidate for preseason reps, but it's encouraging to hear he's progressing in his hamstring recovery. A two-way player, Johnson will likely be shuttled to the G League's Sioux Falls Skyforce once healthy later this fall.
A. Wiggins F-G · MIADay-To-Day · Wiggins will skip Saturday's exhibition for maintenance reasons, but he should return for Wednesday's preseason game against Brooklyn. Wiggins' absence should open up minutes for Myron Gardner and Simone Fontecchio.
